SOL PAGES

A 6-week online journaling journey

(that’s so much more than journaling)

COMMENCING SUNDAY 17 MAY

Journaling is medicine for the SOL.

It’s an intimate space where I can dive deep into my mind, untangle the threads of my thoughts and see things from a different lens. It’s a doorway to new possibilities, new ways of viewing things - and ultimately a deeper connection to myself. A portal to my inner world.

I discovered this practice six years ago and I’ve never looked back. It softly landed into my life as a gentle invitation, opening me up in a way I'd never experienced before. Just like a flower unfurling it’s petals - I too began to bloom wide open. More honest, more real, more messy, without filters.

Journal by journal, page by page, I started to become more intimate with this practice. It became my daily non-negotiable - a deeply embodied devotion. I started to notice how pouring my thoughts onto a page rather than drowning in an overthinking mind, freed myself of so much tension.

This practice became my therapist, my guide and an honest mirror revealing to me who I really am beyond the surface. Every time I bring pen to paper, I feel myself being gently held - nestled in a cocoon of safety, understanding and spaciousness. Every sitting is different. Every entry uncovers a little more.

This practice has changed my life and im ready to share it with you.

The Invitation

Sol Pages is a six-week online journaling journey - a container created for you to begin shining light on your inner world. To slow down, turn inward and start to become more self-aware. To notice the patterns, the whispers, the quiet truths that get drowned out in the noise of everyday life - and to begin building a practice that brings you back to yourself, again and again.

But this journey isn't meant to be taken alone. At the heart of Sol Pages is community - a small gathering of people committed to going inward, together. Because there is something that happens when you are witnessed on the path back to yourself. Something that deepens everything.

Through weekly online gatherings, daily journaling prompts, and weekly sol dates, you will begin to unfurl. To listen. To receive what has always been there, waiting quietly beneath the surface.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You can't make it stick

You start journals, fill a few pages, and drift. You want consistency but haven't found what makes it feel non-negotiable.

There's never enough time

Your days are full and journaling keeps getting pushed to the side. It feels like a luxury you can't afford.

You've lost the thread

Life got full. The journal got dusty. You want to return but don't know where to begin again.

You want to go deeper

You’re already journaling but want to go further and explore new styles. You feel there's more - you just don't have the prompts or the guidance to get there.

Sol Pages was built for exactly this. Everything about it - the styles, the prompts, the weekly gathering, the accountability, the community - it’s all designed to meet you where you are and walk you somewhere deeper.

The Journey of Listening

This journey unfolds across three layers - each one deepening your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

THREE WAYS TO LISTEN

TO YOURSELF

Through daily journaling using ten distinct styles that unlock what's already inside you

TO EACH OTHER

In weekly online gatherings where we share, witness, and hold each other on the journey inward

TO YOUR WORLD

On weekly sol dates - time alone in life, falling in love with your own company and your surroundings

The Six Week Journey

Each week you'll be introduced to a new journaling style on our Sunday gathering. That style becomes your lens for the week and the daily prompt becomes your invitation - a door you can choose to walk through, or simply a place to begin.

There are no rules here, and no perfection required. In fact, perfection creates procrastination. My intention is to gently guide you on this journey without constricting you - because ultimately, you know what works for you. Journaling should be freeing, not rigid. A judgement-free space to explore your inner landscape, in whatever way feels most alive to you.

W E E K 1 - SUNDAY 17 MAY

Come as you are - why we start (and stop)

No judgement about the half-filled journals. We begin by understanding our own relationship with journaling - what pulls us in and what pulls us away. Stream of consciousness as the lowest possible barrier to entry.

MORNING PAGES

W E E K 2 - SUNDAY 24 MAY

Done is better than perfect - making space in a full life

For the person who says they don't have time. We explore micro-journaling, the 5-minute practice, and how to find the pockets in your day that already exist. Journaling doesn't need an hour - it needs a few minutes and an intention.

W E E K 3 - SUNDAY 31 MAY

Getting curious - exploring the unknown

Here is where we get comfortable with not having the answer. The act of sitting with the question is the practice. Being okay with not knowing and sometimes even finding the answer within the question.

CURIOSITY

W E E K 4 - SUNDAY 7 JUN

The release - the unspoken words

Letters you never send. Unsent feelings. Conversations with different parts of yourself. This is the week that breaks people open in the best way - and creates the deepest connections on the group call. The most tender week.

W E E K 5 - SUNDAY 14 JUN

Write the life you want - from dream to reality

After four weeks of going inward, this week turns toward possibility. Two Way Prayer opens a dialogue with something greater. Scripting writes the future into the present tense. Both require trust - in yourself and in something beyond yourself.

W E E K 6 - SUNDAY 21 JUN

Your practice, your way - a ritual that lasts

The final week is about integration. We expand what journaling can look like - drawing, movement, voice, collage - and then each person designs a ritual that is entirely their own. We close by witnessing how far we've come.

  • Mon, I cannot put into words how much I needed that. The session was so beautiful. You lead with such softness which opened a space that was safe, comfortable and productive.

I loved the journaling part, but the meditation prior and the words you shared before journaling really moved me. I loved the way you eased us into the journaling as I felt ready and inspired to write when the time came.

    - AMIEE

  • This journaling session felt like a deep exhale. A space where words found me before I even knew I needed to say them.

3 words that come to mind: Nourishing. Expansive. Safe. And to someone unsure about joining: You don’t need to have the right words or be a ‘journaler’. Just bring yourself. That’s enough.

    - VANESSA

  • Recently, I have struggled to find my flow state when journalling but we were provided with the perfect balance of freedom and guidance which led to my most enriching journalling experience yet. It felt amazing to put pen to paper and release any weight off the shoulders.

    - LUCY

  • It felt so good to just go back to basics of being mindful and romanticising journaling. I also feel inspired being around people like yourself who integrate meditation/journalling/mindfulness and inner wisdom into everyday life.
